It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a convict undergoing jail sentence. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 09-05-2014 (Annexure - R/1) in which prayer for grant of leave by the petitioner was rejected by respondent No.5. At a subsequent stage, the petitioner was granted leave without intervention of this Court during pendency of this petition. Therefore, it is prayed that this petition has become infructuous, which may be disposed off.

On the basis of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed off. The petitioner shall have liberty to approach this Court with respect to delay in consideration on his application for leave.
