1. While disposing of Miscellaneous Appeals No. 1241 of 1996 and 1242 of 1996, this Court was dealing with the arbitral proceedings relating to Hasdeo area. However this court had made certain observations which may affect to Jamuna and Kotma areas. Though the arguments are similar in both the Miscellaneous Appeals, however while passing the judgment, I have mainly discussed the facts relating to Hasdeo area. The facts relating to Jamuna and Kotma areas in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1241 of 1996 were not discussed.

2. Therefore, the judgment in question insofar as it relates to Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1241 of 1996 is recalled. It is made clear

that I find no error apparent on the face of record as far as Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1242 of 1996 is concerned.

3. List Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1241 of 1996 on 17th February, 2017.
