1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue pertains to supply of fertilizer seeds and agricultural equipments to other societies and farmers. He would further submit that on 16.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) the representation was filed by the petitioner and upon such representation principally it was agreed to give orders for supply of fertilizer seeds and agricultural equipments which would be evident from the note sheet dated
16.07.2019 (Annexure P-7). He further submits that at this moment the petitioner only prays that the representation of the petitioner which is pending before Respondent No. 4. from 2016 may be decided.
2. Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that Respondent No. 4 shall decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid observation the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Jyoti
