1. Heard.

2. Since the issue raised by the petitioners in this writ petition has already been adjudicated by the judgment dated 3-11-2020 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2526 of 2020 (Udyan Dubey and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and analogous writ petitions, therefore, no separate adjudication further is required. The petitioners shall also be squarely governed in view of the observation made in para 48 of the said judgment.
