Agrawal Order On Board 03/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 09.07.2003 passed by respondent No.3-Additional Collector, Bilaspur under Section 237(2) read with Section 243 of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 is not being complied with by respondent No.4-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No.4-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur is directed to comply with the order dated 09.07.2003 passed by Additional Collector, Bilaspur and Respondent

No.2-Collector, Bilaspur is directed to ensure the order of Additional Collector, Bilaspur is complied with in its letter and spirit expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
