The limited relief sought for by the Petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation that the Petitioner has made, so far as granting of proper compensation for the land belonging to the Petitioner, which has been acquired by the State authorities for construction and widening of Railway Over Bridge near Jairamnagar is concerned.

The limited prayer made by the Petitioner is not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, Respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the Petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Petitioner in addition would also be entitled to make a fresh representation, if he so wants. 4.
