Shri RK Gupta, Dy. Advocate General for the State. Shri Gupta submits that pursuant to the order passed by this court on 18.04.2018 in WPS No.3110 of 2018, the respondents have now issued a pay order in respect of releasing of the pensionary benefits to the petitioner. The said issuance of the pay order is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the authorities for any further relief which is still not granted by the respondents, the contempt petition stands disposed of. The respondents are discharged of the contempt proceedings.
