(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband, who died in harness on 25.10.2015 while was working as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II at Govt. Middle School Rawanmajholi. She has made an application for compassionate appointment which is pending consideration before the respondents

No.3 & 4 and as the same has not been considered and decided till this date in accordance with law by the said authorities and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondents No.3 & 4 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, respondents No. 3 & 4 are directed to consider and take a decision on the pending application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of forty-five days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
