(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in enquiry the charges leveled against him has not been found and established which is apparent from the order dated 29.05.2014 issued by respondent No.3 i.e. Block Medical Officer, Lormi, but till this date , he has not taken in service and therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before respondent No.4 i.e. The Coordinator, Mitanin Programme, District Mungeli and direction may be issued to the said
authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) The petitioner is permitted to file additional representation before respondent No.4 i.e. The Coordinator, Mitanin Programme, District Mungeli. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
