Learned State counsel submits that interim order was passed on 27/11/2012 and the petitioner was working in some institution which was government aided. He submits that since considerable time has passed as the order of transfer was of 29/09/2012 government may be given liberty to pass fresh appropriate order.

Perused the documents. Considering the submission made, order dated 29/09/2012 Annexure P-1 is quashed. However, government is at liberty to pass fresh order in the circumstance of the case, if exigency exists. 4.
