At the outset, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that pendency of the present petition the Court below has framed charges and the trial has reached at the stage of prosecution evidence. He, therefore, at this juncture, makes a limited prayer of a direction to be issued to the Trial Court for an expeditious trial, to which the State Counsel does not have any objection. 2.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Misc. Petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the Trial Court to make all endevours of the case to be decided at the earliest.
