CRMP No. 1799 of 2019 Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal to the prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the CrMP is allowed.

4. Let regular Acquittal Appeal be registered and the same be posted for order in the next week.
