1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the subject matter in dispute, the petitioner's two representations dated 25-6-2012 and 31-7-2012 are pending consideration before the State Government and the State Government has not taken any decision on the same.

2. Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to take decision on the petitioner's representations expeditiously, preferably within period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, keeping in view that the petitioner Association is representing the case of pensioners who had already retired from service. The petitioner Association is at liberty to file additional representation along with the relevant judgments in support of its case.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
