This transfer petition has been filed by the wife for transfer of case bearing Civil Suit No.55-A/2016 (Santosh Kumar Bharadwaj V. Smt. Khushboo Bharadwaj) under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Family Court, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa to the Family Court, Bilaspur.

The petitioner-wife has filed a petition under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. which is pending in the Family Court, Bilaspur. The respondent-husband has to attend these proceedings at Bilaspur, therefore, in the interest of justice, Civil Suit No.55-A/2016 (Santosh Kumar Bharadwaj V. Smt. Khushboo Bharadwaj) pending in the Family Court, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa be transferred to the Family Court, Bilaspur.

It is however, ordered that the Family Court will ensure that the same date is given in both the cases so that the husband would not suffer unnecessary burden.

The transfer petition stands disposed of.
