The petitioner has challenged the impugned communication dated 23.05.2016, which in turn is based on the order passed by the Tahsildar (Nazul), Korba on 20.05.2016 directing the petitioner's dispossession from the government grass land. The

petitioner is not challenging the order dated 20.05.2016, therefore, challenge to the document (Annexure-P-1) is not maintainable.

Even otherwise, the petitioner has alternative remedy of preferring an appeal against the order dated 20.05.2016. 3.

For the foregoing, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
