1. The writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited direction asking the respondent no. 3 to decide the Revenue Case No. 11/A-68/201819 at the earliest.

-22. The limited relief sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the respondent no. 3/Tahsildar, Tahsil: Dabhra to consider and decide the aforementioned case pertaining to the encroachment at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order after granting all the concerned parties a fair and reasonable opportunity of hearing.
