1. The writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited direction asking the respondent no. 3 to decide the Revenue Case No. 11/A-68/201819 at the earliest.

-22. The limited relief sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State Counsel.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the respondent no. 3/Tahsildar, Tahsil: Dabhra to consider and decide the aforementioned case pertaining to the encroachment at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order after granting all the concerned parties a fair and reasonable opportunity of hearing.
