2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a fairly long time, submits that he may be granted the liberty to approach the jurisdictional criminal Court either under Section 156(3) or Section 200 of CrPC.

3. Prayer is fair and reasonable. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned jurisdictional criminal Court for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
