The petitioner in the present writ petition is an employee working with the Postal Department. The petitioner is working on the post of Dak Sevak at Sub Post Office Hathband, Sub Division Raipur. Postal Department is a department which has been specifically notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, wherein the dispute relating to service matters of employees working in the Postal Department has been notified to be raised before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the fact that the matter is one which would have to be raised before the Central Administrative Tribunal, the present writ petition at this stage is not sustainable and the same deserves to
be and is accordingly disposed of, giving the liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal for ventilating his grievance.
