Order On Board 21/09/2015 Heard.

This petition is directed against the order dated 23.04.2015, passed by the Nayab-Tahsildar in proceedings under Section 248 of the Land Revenue Code. As the impugned order is appealable under the provisions of the Land Revenue Code, therefore, on this short ground, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, the petition is dismissed with a liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority/SDO Revenue.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
