1. This is the first bail application under Section 438 of the CrPC and there is no bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.42/2015 registered at Police Station ACB, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1)(e), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1982.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant urged that in light of the order dated 28/07/2017 passed in W.P. (Cr.) No. 329 of 2016 by the learned Single Judge, the applicant has no apprehension of the arrest, thus he wants to withdraw the said application.

4. The aforesaid anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in light of aforesaid submissions.
