2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the private respondent FIR has been registered on 19.07.2020 but statement of the complainant has not been made.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move an application before the Superintend of Police of the concerned district, who shall look into the matter and proceed in accordance with law expeditiously.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
