Agrawal Order On Board 30/11/2016 (1) This Court has referred the matter of the petitioner to the Pension Committee vide order dated 07.07.2016 passed in WPS No.2689 of 2016. The petitioner has again approached to this Court claiming same relief. (2) In view of above, the Pension Committee is directed to consider the case of the petitioner expeditiously as the matter has been referred by this Court on 07.07.2016.
