1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.34/2019, registered at Police Station Kelhari, District - Koriya C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination

MCRC No. 8143 of 2020 of material witnesses including Lalli Bai.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
