1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 02/07/2019 sent by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur through the District & Sessions Judge, Raipur for extension of time for proper disposal of criminal complaint case No. 35/2011 (Shashikant Vs. Ravindra Kishore).

2. This Court vide order dated 21/06/2019 had granted a time of two weeks to learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur to pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties within two weeks in criminal complaint case No. 35/2011, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by him to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of two weeks is granted to learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur to comply with the order passed by this Court on 21/06/2019. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur is directed to be careful in future, while seeking additional time, he must indicate the specific additional time required for the compliance of the order.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
