1. This case was earlier referred to Lok Adalat. But the matter could not be settled, therefore, it is listed for hearing before the Court.

2. The order cancelling transfer order was issued on 15.07.2014. The order was stayed by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2015 and since then, the interim order is continuing. Therefore, at this stage, it is appropriate to dispose off the matter with the direction that the transfer order shall not be given effect to. The respondents, however, will be at liberty to pass fresh order of transfer as per the administrative exigency and public interest.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
