Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that application for grant of lease was moved by the mother of the petitioners. During the pendency of the application, she died. An order has been passed on 10.11.2014 to allow her sons to become applicants in her place in the pending proceedings for grant of lease. It is submitted that the matter has remained pending before the competent authority i.e. Nazul Officer for long time and direction may be issued to decide the application. 2.
