(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this instant writ petition with liberty to file a representation before respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Raigarh for redressal of her grievance within a period of two weeks from today.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Raigarh. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the said authority within a period of two weeks from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
