1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for issuance of form for running/adding M.Sc. (Nursing), Post Basic B. Sc. (Nursing) along with presently ongoing B.Sc. Nursing and GNM Courses, which has not been entertained and no such form has been supplied to the petitioner.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make afresh application within 7 days from today, which shall be considered by the respondent-authority strictly in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
