4. The Tahsildar Saraipali District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh --- Respondents 25.07.2019 Ms.Laxmeen Kashyap. counsel for the petitioner. Mrs. Astha Shukla, Panel Lawyer, for the state. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only prayer made in this case is that the petitioner has been granted lease of land by the Tahsildar in the year 2002 to plant food bearing trees over a part of Khasra No.109/2 at village Tandi. Accordingly the trees were planted. However, subsequently the petitioner was depending on his livelihood on such land and made an application to the State to transfer the land in the Bhoomi Swami Right/lease hold right so that they can enjoy the property.

Without any observation on merits of the case, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner shall be decided within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
