The limited relief that the Petitioner has sought for, is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent to consider and decide the application of the Petitioner seeking counter-signature on the permanent permit for the route Bhadrak to Raipur via Ghatgaon, Kyojhar, Patlahara, Devgarh, Jamankera, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Loharchatti and one trip back.

The limited relief sought for by the Petitioner is not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent to take a decision on the application of the Petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
