Perused the communication dated 20.03.2017, of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhamtari.

Perusal of the letter shows that according to police report, wrongly the name of the applicant was shown as Shashikant instead of Ravikant Banjare and subsequently was corrected.

The death certificate dated 23.04.2016 shows that Ravikant Banjare has died.

Since the applicant has died and no application for substitution is filed, consequently, the revision is dismissed as abated.
