1. The petitioner is challenging the validity and correctness of the proceeding drawn by the Tehsildar vide Annexure-P/3 on an application moved by respondent No.1 under Section 51 read with Sections 115 and 116 of the CG Land Revenue Code, 1959.

2. It is argued that respondent No.1 is in fact seeking review of the order dated 27.4.2011, which is not permissible before the Tehsildar unless a permission to exercise review jurisdiction is sought from the higher revenue authorities.

3. The petitioner may move an objection to the maintainability of the proceeding before the Tehsildar within 15 days from today. On such

objection being raised, the Tehsildar shall proceed to decide the objection before deciding the review application.
