Chandoura, Tahsil Pratappur, District Surajpur through its President, District : Surajpur, Chhattisgarh --- Respondents 18.11.2020 Mr. Rahul Mishra, counsel for the petitioner. Mrs. Richa Shukla, Dy. Govt. Advocate, for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of lockdown due to COVID-19, earlier the remedy of appeal could not be availed, therefore, the instant petition was filed. He would submit that under Clause 18 of the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004 the petitioner has remedy of appeal and presently the appellate forum is working, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal as per C.G Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy within a period of 30 days. Sd/- GOUTAM BHADURI JUDGE R a o
