1. Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the matter has been compromised as per memo dated 29.6.2017 and they will act accordingly.

2. Mr.Otwani would submit that ₹ 20 lacs deposited by the petitioner pursuant to order of this Court dated 23.12.2016 has been deposited in no lien account and that shall be permitted to be appropriated by the respondent Corporation, which Mr.Sharma has no objection.

3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
