Complainant is virtually present before this Court through Help Desk of District Legal Services Authority, Kanker and has made strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.
