(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's pay scale has been reduced by the impugned

order dated 21.10.2015 passed by respondent No.4 without giving any opportunity of hearing to him and after confirmation by order dated 14.08.2013 against which, he has made representation before the respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, respondent No.4 is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
