1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes limited prayer that the trial of criminal case against the petitioner pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mungeli be directed to be expedited.

3. Be that as it may, looking to the fact that the criminal case if of the year 2017, petitioner is directed to make an application for urgent hearing before the trial Court and that will be considered on the basis of the urgency shown therein.

4. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
