1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.480/2020, registered at Police Station Basna, District Mahasamund C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the NDPS Act.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seek permission of the Court to withdraw the bail
