1. Heard on application for restoration of FAM No. 9 of 2015 which was dismissed on 5th July, 2019 for want of prosecution.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit of Anurag Singh, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FAM No. 9 of 2015.

3. Accordingly, MCC is allowed and FAM No. 9 of 2015 is restored to its original number and same be listed for final hearing in the week commencing 19th August, 2019.

4. A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FAM No. 9 of 2015.
