1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief to direct the respondent-authority to decide her representation Annexure-P/4.
3. Petitioner is a Teacher (Municipal) posted at Municipal Council, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur.
4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P/4 dated 01/02/2018 within stipulated time.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 3 shall decide the aforesaid representation Annexure P/4 dated 01/02/2018 expeditiously and preferably within 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order according to law and procedure.
