1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for grant of leave on parole has been moved to the respondent No. 3 i.e. Jail Superintendent on 08/09/2020 and to the respondent No. 4 i.e. District Magistrate on 12/09/2020, but it has still not been decided.

3. Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to ensure that petitioner's application for grant of leave on parole is decided expeditiously on or before 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
