The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 63/2014 registered in Police Station Gole Bazar Raipur District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that a report was made by one D.B. Goswami on 23/02/2014 that the applicant on the basis of the forged B.Ed. degree has obtained job of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I. Thereafter was serving as a school teacher at Government School Tilda. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that degree of the applicant whether is fabricated or not is still to be ascertained, only on the basis of presumption he has been arrested. He further submits that wife of the applicant has also breathed her last on 28/08/2016 and there are three minor children who are to be looked after. He submits that charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
