1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, he prays for issuance of a direction to the Court below concerned for considering regular bail application of applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is not having any objection on submission made by learned counsel for applicant.

3. In view of above, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event of applicant's filing application for grant of regular bail, concerned Court below may consider and decide the same, if possible, on same day in accordance with law.
