1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 89 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 before the Collector, Korba which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Since the application has been filed by the petitioner on 24.7.2018, no direction can be issued at this stage. However, the Collector, Korba is directed to do well to decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
