This appeal by the Appellant/writ Petitioner is totally without merit. The Appellant is working as Assistant Statistical Officer and has been posted at Kabirdham for last more than 13 years. He was transferred vide order dated 30.7.2016 to Gariyaband. He challenged his order of transfer by filing Writ Petition (S) No.3900 of 2016. The Court found no merit in the petition but directed that the representation filed by the Petitioner may be considered and decided by the transfer committee. Thereafter, the transfer
committee considered the representation of the Petitioner and has observed that the Petitioner has remained posted at Kabirdham for more than 13 years. The transfer committee also found that the working of the Appellant/Petitioner at Gariyaband was not satisfactory. 2.
We find no reason why should we interfere in this matter. The Learned Single Judge was absolutely justified in dismissing the writ petition. The appeal is without merit and same is dismissed accordingly. Sd/- Sd/- (Deepak Gupta) (Sanjay Agrawal) Chief Justice Judge Anu
