This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.55 of 2020, registered at Police Station Raghunathnagar District Balrampur Ramanujganj C.G., for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 307 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.
