1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, he submits that a direction be issued to learned Court below concerned that if applicant after his surrender files an application for grant of regular bail, it may be decided on same day.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Accordingly, anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If applicant files application for grant of regular bail after his surrender, learned Court below may consider and decide the same, if possible, on same day in accordance with law.
