Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the Nagar Panchayat, Adbhar without any authority of law and without giving any compensation to the petitioner. The petitioner has also made a complaint to the respondent authorities but it has not been considered till date against which this writ petition has been preferred.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Collector, Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa within three weeks from today and the Collector shall do well to consider and take

decision on the same expeditiously after hearing both the parties. 4.
