1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.416/2020, registered at Police Station Arang District Raipur C.G. for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Shri Raghvendra Pradhan, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that after filing of the present bail application, the applicant has been arrested, therefore, the anticipatory bail application has been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the statement made, this bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
