Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents. 2.

The Writ Petition was filed claiming that despite performance of works, payment was being arbitrarily withheld.

Suffice it to observe that today, Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that a sum of Rs.22,48,111/- has been paid through RTGS to the Petitioner and deposited in its SBI A/c N0.10906216633 at Ambikapur Branch on 15.9.2015 as communicated to her by the Assistant General Manager (A&P), O/o the Telecom District Manager, Surguja, Ambikapur by letter No.G2/W.P.(C)/TDM-Amb/2015-2016 dated 15.9.2015. The Petitioner has acknowledged in writing that it is in full and final settlement of its dues. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute the transfer of the

aforesaid money but disputes the finality of the payments submitting that otherwise the Respondents were not willing to release the money. 5.

In the writ jurisdiction, disputed money claims cannot be examined. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of payment, the Petitioner may pursue other civil remedies available in the law for the same. 6.

The Writ Petition stands disposed.
